Fever of Yoga caught people in Mumbai

We all know about Yoga. Baba Ramdev spread the yoga movement and soon Prime Minister Modi raised his voice in front of the United Nations General Assembly to bring out International Yoga Day.
It has a lot of importance in our culture, and now the whole world realizes how important Yoga is, to lead a healthy life. Different breathing exercises and body postures, along with meditation forms the basic practice of Yoga. It is important not only for physical health, but also for mental peace and calm.

Mumbai is one of the largest urban areas in India. More and more people are turning to Yoga as a means of relaxation and stress-busting. Personal trainers are more common in the city, who charge at optimal rates. Moreover, many gyms and fitness centers also offer Yoga as a group course. There has been a tremendous rise in the number of people doing Yoga in Mumbai, which is a very good sign.

The Yoga House in Bandra is run by 10 trainers. It has a studio and offers about 35 classes in a single week. Once can go to their official website and find out more about the training they offer. Another such studio is the YogaSutra on Desai Road. Classes are usually in small groups of around 10, while it also offers to train Yoga to children below the age of four. Cosmic Fusion, Yogacara and The Yoga Institute are some more popular studios in the city that offer classes and training to get accustomed to this way of life.
Yoga is not only about attending classes. After getting a fair bit of experience and tutoring, anybody can do this at home. This is what is brilliant about Yoga; one just needs a mattress and a willing mind.
